We would love for you to be our guest. But visiting a church can be daunting.
Read this page about our facilities and culture so you'll feel at home when you visit.
If you plan to visit, you can even schedule a time and we'll be waiting for you.
North Haven is on the corner of Six Forks Road and Westbrook Drive. You can get to us from either entrance (See 1 on the drawing.) There are three parking lots: one beside the Sanctuary, a larger one behind it, and another one in front of the Education Building.
If you have children (up to 5th grade), stop by the Education Building first (see 3). Somebody will greet you there and give you a tour if you want.
If you don't have kids, come in any of the three entrance doors to the main Sanctuary building (see 2).
The Education Building is used for Anchor Kids, our children's programs. The Sanctuary is used for worship services, Bible studies, and special events for adults.
Your kids are going to love North Haven. The entire Education Building is for them. There are well-furnished and colorful classrooms, engaging teachers, and learning about God has never been so fun.
You want your children to be safe, and we do too. We employ a check-in system, surveillance cameras, and members of our Security Team are stationed in the building.
We use Radiant Life media, a Bible-based curriculum that employs age-appropriate content to teach doctrine that any kid can understand. When they leave, they'll have parent handouts so you can review what they learned.
The culture of a church is often defined by the praise and worship music they have. At North Haven we worship God with musical instruments, singing, and joy. The lyrics are projected so we seldom use hymnals, however we have a mix of both newer praise music and classic hymns.
We typically have a praise team who lead the congregation in worship. But music at North Haven is not just a performance to be watched. Our music is for God and about God, and you will see people actively worshiping during the times of music.
North Haven offers a wide range of services and programs, many of them on a routine schedule. Our regular weekly schedule looks like this:
